It's been quite awhile since I returned to my interests in the fashion industry but my love for the designer's runway song selections has never ended. If there was ever to be a holiday inspired Faddism Runway then these songs would all be preselected to be featured in the show. Just playfully imagine beautiful male and female models walking down an iced illusioned runway with white trees placed in the background, snow gently falling over the audience as the models makeup include white snowed colored applications on various parts of their body. If only I had the money to put this show on...

Magmozine.com's most recent Faddism Runway 2006 show featured various models taking part in an all new, The Black Collection. The models are chosen after a vigorous search in New York while world renowned fashion designers interested in participating in this show submitted their Black influenced contributions. After months of heated debates comes the selected articles of clothing that best represent the ideal that Black Is Black.

While The Black Collection was underway the producers had Belle Epoque performing "Black Is Black" as the models took the runway. Sly & The Family Stone were also on hand to perform "Everyday People/Dance To The Music". Although there were no video cameras allowed in the event I happened to discover some vintage performances caught on Veoh to give you the idea of what it was like! Enjoy Faddism Runway.

On a recent trip to PCville I discovered Sweetman, the MUST of underwear. With a company tagline that states "An undergarment shall not fit you, but be part of you" and an underwear model with a notable scar just above his bikini line, you'll discover that this company has taken its rightful place in male fashion.

The creator of Sweetman, Mike Sweetman, got his start as a talented model in Paris who turned his modeling career into a new profitable direction that included his ideals of male underwear. He currently is using fabrics that consist of "cashmere, silk, lace" and "even very new material like Modal (natural fibre), Meryl, Tactel and Lycra."

We find out through his official bio that Mike Sweetman first opened his first Sweetman store in Paris of 1982. Today his website features endless possibilities of male fashion that includes a glimpse of his store, a chance to get his newsletter, a free catalogue and you can read Sweetman's press in magazines as well purchase items off the website.
