Music Magmozine Editor Listens To Warming Up
Well we all need to warm up before we start our 30 minutes to an hour workout session. I need easy listening music that puts me in a relaxed state and at ease. I start off with at least 3 songs, the first very easy, the 2nd more up tempo and the third a faster paced song. You should try this to help motivate you on your next warm up session. Music always helps.
Remember to always stretch your muscles before any workout.
